Return & Refund
This policy exclusively applies to orders and delivery addresses within Singapore, as well as purchases conducted on our official website (lylachome.com).
- Requests for returns can be initiated within 7 days of receiving the goods.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items remain in the original, sealed condition as received. Please note that we do not accept defective or used items for return.
- Upon shipment, customers need to provide us with the tracking number. Lylac Home requires 1 - 3 working days to assess the returned goods' condition once received.
- Following approval of the refund, Lylac Home will request the customer's banking details.
- The refund amount will be transferred within 3 working days after successful assessment and confirmation by the customer.
- Customers will receive notification upon completion of the refund.
- All refund and return determinations made by Lylac Home are considered final.
- Unless specified in our Warranty Policy, all products are non-exchangeable.
