Return & Refund

This policy exclusively applies to orders and delivery addresses within Singapore, as well as purchases conducted on our official website (lylachome.com). 


  1. Requests for returns can be initiated within 7 days of receiving the goods. 
  2. Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items remain in the original, sealed condition as received. Please note that we do not accept defective or used items for return. 
  3. Upon shipment, customers need to provide us with the tracking number. Lylac Home requires 1 - 3 working days to assess the returned goods' condition once received. 
  4. Following approval of the refund, Lylac Home will request the customer's banking details. 
  5. The refund amount will be transferred within 3 working days after successful assessment and confirmation by the customer. 
  6. Customers will receive notification upon completion of the refund. 
  7. All refund and return determinations made by Lylac Home are considered final. 
  8. Unless specified in our Warranty Policy, all products are non-exchangeable.
