Warranty
This warranty is applicable solely to items acquired via our authorized platforms. It remains non-transferable and is valid exclusively for the initial end user, starting from the delivery date as per our valid tracking records. The term "original end user" refers to the ultimate buyer who procured the products via our authorized platforms, including our official website and other domains registered under Lylac Home. This also encompasses flagship stores present in online or offline marketplaces registered under the Lylac Home name. Kindly note that we do not offer warranty services for products obtained through alternative channels.
A. Warranty Coverage and Duration
Our warranty covers a 3-years period starting from the date of delivery, as tracked and documented by Lylac Home.

C. Exclusions from Our Warranty Coverage
- Normal Wear and Tear
- Cosmetic imperfections, misalignments, or aesthetic variations that don't impact product functionality.
- Defects arising from accidents, modifications, alterations, misuse, improper assembly, contact with animals, extreme environmental conditions (like high heat, humidity, salinity, or pollutants), or acts of nature.
- Incidental or consequential damages, arising from product use, misuse, or inability to use, as well as defects.
- Usage beyond domestic or private settings.
- Damage due to abuse, negligence, accidents, fire, water, customer transportation, or other causes beyond our control.
- Damage caused by unauthorized service personnel not affiliated with Lylac Home.
- Transportation expenses associated with sending the product/part to our service center.
D. Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, follow these steps:

- Securely package the faulty product.
- Include a note inside the package with your name, contact number, and order number.
- Either visit our service center or arrange a courier for the product/part.
- Once your defective item has been repaired, our service team will reach out to you.

F. Warranty Limitations
- Lylac Home retains the right to determine the eligibility for warranty claims.
- Lylac Home retains the right to decide whether repair or replacement of a part is appropriate.
- Repairs or replacements under this warranty cover solely the defective part.
- Replaced parts may differ in color and texture from the originals.
- The warranty ceases if the product is damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper care.
- Lylac Home's warranty pertains exclusively to the original purchaser; subsequent owners receive the product "as is." Any unauthorized warranty transfer renders the warranty void.
