Registration and Information



When you register on our website or purchase our products and services, you'll need to provide personal details like your email and mailing address. These details are essential for order processing, tracking, and management. After registration, you'll receive a password for your account. Safeguard your username, password, and account against third-party access. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your credentials. In such cases, we may cancel your account without explanation, deactivating or deleting it. Refer to our Privacy Policy for information on collecting, storing, using, and protecting your personal data.



Pricing Policy



Our product and service prices are subject to delivery costs and GST as stated on our order form. When no price is listed, it will be the price on our current price list or website at the time of your order.


While we strive for accurate pricing on our website, errors can occur. If we find an error in your ordered item's price, we'll promptly contact you. You can then confirm your order at the corrected price or cancel it. We also retain the right to adjust product and service prices before delivery to reflect any cost increases beyond our control (e.g., foreign exchange fluctuations, currency regulations, changes in import duties, labor, materials, or other manufacturing costs, alterations in delivery dates, quantities, or specifications requested by you, or delays due to your information or instruction).


Additionally, prices on our online store may or may not match those at physical counters. We disclaim any liability for discrepancies between physical store and online prices. During sales or promotions, we may offer additional online discounts that don't apply to physical stores, or vice versa.



Delivery


When placing your order with us, you can choose from the following delivery options:


  1. Self-Collection (Singapore Only)
  • For self-collection at Lylac Customer Care Centre, visit 2 Alexandra Road #05-02 Delta House, 159919, Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays) from 10 am to 7 pm.

   

  • collection begins after receiving notification (via SMS/Email) from us.
  • Items uncollected for 30 days after the self-collection end date will be forfeited, with no refunds.

  1. Local Delivery
  • Enjoy Free doorstep delivery within 2-3 working days through our appointed home delivery service provider.


  1. International Delivery via FedEx (International Orders Only)
  • All international orders will be delivered via FedEx. You will be subject to FedEx's international shipping rates, along with import taxes, customs duties, and related fees.
  • You or an authorized recipient must acknowledge delivery on the invoice provided by the delivery personnel. Ensure that an authorized recipient is present during the selected timeslot to accept the delivery; otherwise, LYLAC HOME reserves the right to charge a re-delivery fee for subsequent attempts.


Evidence of Delivery


Your order will be considered delivered when we receive the authorized courier's delivery note/invoice. This note, signed as an acknowledgment of receipt of the product and services, serves as proof of delivery by us for the specified products and services.


Failure to Take Delivery


If you are unable to accept delivery of the products and services or if you do not provide adequate delivery information and instructions when placing your order, LYLAC HOME reserves the right to store the ordered products until delivery and charge you for additional delivery costs if a second or subsequent delivery is required.


Payment


Online purchases can be made using major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal, Shopify Pay, or PayNow. The tax invoice you receive will serve as your order receipt and confirmation. Payment must be made promptly, as the product will be dispatched only after receiving full payment.


Cancellation


You may cancel your order immediately after submission, up to 9 am on the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse, we cannot accept cancellations for any products and services. Any cancellation at this point will be considered a return, and you will receive a full refund for the merchandise ONLY (including applicable taxes); shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Cancellations must be communicated via WhatsApp (8748 4564), or email (cs@lylachome.com) and must be accompanied by valid reasons. Importantly, finding the same products or services at a lower price elsewhere does not constitute a valid reason for canceling your order.


We reserve the right to cancel your purchase or suspend further deliveries without any liability if you enter into voluntary arrangements with your creditors, become bankrupt, subject to an administration order, or go into liquidation. Additionally, if a receiver, liquidator, or administrator is appointed over your property or assets, if you cease or threaten to cease business operations, or if we reasonably believe any of these events are imminent, we are entitled to take these actions.




Liability and Waivers


We shall not bear responsibility for product loss in the following circumstances:

- Loss arising from inaccuracies in the order or provided information.

- Loss due to errors in the placed order.

- Loss resulting from fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our instructions, misuse, alteration, or product repair without our express written approval.

- All content on our website, including images, graphics, text, pictures, sounds, animations, videos, applets, and scripts, is owned by LYLAC HOME and protected by copyright and related rights laws.

- Content from our website may not be copied, distributed, altered, or shared with third parties.
